Objective:

• convocation of the ordinary IDC Members’ General Assembly.

We wish to inform all Members of the IDC that an Ordinary General Assembly has been called on:

• first convocation on 6^thApril 2019 at 7.00 am (CET)
• second convocation on 7^thApril 2019 at 10.00 am (CET)

in Tenerife, Spain in Playa Paraiso, Adeje 38678, Avda. Adeje 300, no.38.

Agenda:

• Approval of the balance and financial statement for the year 2018 and the proposed program of activities of the International Dzogchen Community for the year 2019, as per art. 8 of the Statute.
• International Gakyil succession: presentation of IG’s Assistants and next steps.
• Any other business.

All Members who have the right to participate in the International General Assembly and who are unable to attend in person may appoint another member to represent him/her by a written proxy. 

Every Member may represent the votes of a maximum of three other Members.

Oggetto:

• convocazione della Assemblea Generale Ordinaria dei Soci della ”International Dzogchen community” (IDC).

Abbiamo il piacere di informare tutti i Soci IDC che è convocata un’Assemblea Generale Ordinaria in:

• prima convocazione in data 6 aprile 2019 alle ore 7.00 (CET)
• seconda convocazione in data 7 aprile 2019 alle ore 10.00 (CET)

a Tenerife, Spagna, Playa Paraiso, Adeje 38678, Avda. Adeje 300, no.38.

Ordine del giorno:

• Approvazione del bilancio consuntivo e del rendiconto finanziario per l’anno 2018 e delle proposte di programma di attività di IDC per l’anno 2019, in accordo con l’articolo 8 dello Statuto.
• Successione del Consiglio di Amministrazione: presentazione degli Assistenti all’IG e prossimi passi.
• Varie ed eventuali.

Tutti i Soci IDC che abbiano il diritto di intervenire in Assemblea ma che siano impossibilitati a partecipare di persona potranno delegare per iscritto un altro(a) Socio(a) a rappresentarli. 

Ciascun Socio può rappresentare per delega fino a massimo tre ulteriori Soci.
