1. About the Yellow International Gakyil
The Yellow International Gakyil is responsible for the financial, administrative and asset management activities of the International Dzogchen Community (IDC).
Its mission is to ensure the sound administration of the Association, the preparation of the annual financial statements and budgets, the management of financial resources and assets, and the economic sustainability of IDC in accordance with the Statute.
2. Main Responsibilities
- Prepare the annual financial statements.
- Prepare the annual budget.
- Monitor the financial performance of IDC.
- Manage the Association’s assets.
- Determine the annual membership fee.
- Manage IDC trademarks and intellectual property.
- Support the Board of Directors on financial and administrative matters.
- Present financial reports to the Annual General Assembly.
3. Transparency
The Yellow International Gakyil is committed to transparency and accountability. Annual financial statements, budgets and other documents approved by the Annual General Assembly are made available to IDC Members through the Resources section of the Webcast Portal https://webcastportal.dzogchen.net/
