Information pursuant to Art. 1, paragraph 125, of Law no. 124 of August 4, 2017

In relation to the provision of art. 1, paragraph 125, of Law 124/2017, regarding the obligation to provide evidence in the notes to the accounts of any sums of money received during the financial year by way of grants, contributions, paid assignments and in any case economic advantages of any kind from the public administrations and the entities referred to in paragraph 125 of the same article, the Association certifies that it has received neither grants, contributions nor paid assignments from the State and the Public Administrations.

In relazione al disposto di cui all’art. 1, comma 125, della legge 124/2017, in merito all’obbligo di dare evidenza in nota integrativa delle somme di denaro eventualmente ricevute nell’esercizio a titolo di sovvenzioni, contributi, incarichi retribuiti e comunque vantaggi economici di qualunque genere dalle pubbliche amministrazioni e dai soggetti di cui al comma 125 del medesimo articolo, l’Associazione attesta di non aver ricevuto né sovvenzioni, né contributi e né incarichi retribuiti da parte dello Stato e delle Pubbliche Amministrazioni.
