How can I participate in online courses and practices?

You can follow the Webcast page or connect via various channels (Zoom, Google Meet). The Webcast schedule of practices is available on Norbunet, VOICE (Russian mailing list), and on the Sangha app which is updated daily.

Alternatively, if you have a Google account, go to http://groups.google.com/group/norbunet and click on the Apply for membership link.
