Are there guidelines regarding whom can be invited to teach at a Dzogchen Community-organised event?

The Dzogchen Community organizes courses and retreats meant to support the teaching activities of Namkhai Yeshi and of authorized instructors of Santi Maha Sangha, Yantra Yoga, Vajra Dance, and Khaita belonging to the International Dzogchen Community. There are no other specific guidelines.
