What is the role of the Yellow International Gakyil?

The Yellow International Gakyil is responsible for the financial, administrative and asset management activities of the International Dzogchen Community. It prepares the annual financial statements and budgets, oversees the Association’s assets and supports the economic sustainability of IDC.
