Ordinary and Extraordinary Assembly December 2025

The Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly of the International Dzogchen Community (IDC) was held on December 9, 2025, at the Notarial Office Gunnella in Florence, Italy.

In the Extraordinary Section, the Assembly approved the amendments to the IDC Statute required for compliance with the Italian Third Sector legislation (Legislative Decree 117/2017), including the formal recognition of IDC as a Third Sector Entity. In the Ordinary Section, the Assembly approved the revocation of Ms. Rosa Altamirano from her position as member of the International Gakyil, as previously resolved by the Board of Directors.”
